The Indian Air Force (IAF) has released the notification for Agniveer Vayu Intake 01/2026, inviting applications from unmarried Indian male and female candidates under the Agnipath Scheme.

- Application Start Date: January 7, 2025
- Application End Date: January 27, 2025
- Examination Date: March 22, 2025
- Admit Card Availability: Prior to the examination
Application Fee:
- Examination Fee: ₹550 plus GST
- Payment Mode: Online through Debit/Credit Cards or Internet Banking
Age Limit:
- Eligible Birth Dates: Candidates born between January 1, 2005, and July 1, 2008 (both dates inclusive)
Educational Qualifications:
- Science Subjects:
- 10+2/Intermediate: Passed with Mathematics, Physics, and English, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English.
- OR
- Three-Year Diploma Course: Completed in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation Technology/Information Technology) with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English in the diploma course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in the diploma course).
- OR
- Two-Year Vocational Course: Completed with non-vocational subjects like Physics and Mathematics from State Education Boards/Councils with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English in the vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in the vocational course).
- Other Than Science Subjects:
- 10+2/Intermediate: Passed in any stream/subjects approved by Central/State Education Boards with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English.
- OR
- Two-Year Vocational Course: Completed from Education Boards listed as COBSE members with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English in the vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in the vocational course).
Selection Process:
- Phase I: Online Test
- Phase II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Document Verification, Adaptability Test I & II
- Phase III: Medical Examination
